White & Milk Chocolate
Fat Bombs
Fat Bombs are a great way to really up the fat content of a particular meal, when they are in cute shapes and made of chocolate is an added bonus!!! I use ChocZero chocolates because I've found them to have the best ratio (highest fat:carbs/protein) and T loves how they taste.
I made these for Valentine's Day using these tiny heart and larger heart molds but you can use any silicone mold, there are so many out there. The options are endless. We have these Halloween themed ones and these robot, dinosaurs, and other shaped molds too.
With just 2 ingredients and a few steps these are easy to make and great to have on hand for whenever you need them. Just note that they need to be kept in the fridge or freezer, if not they melt! They do not travel well without an ice pack!
