Waffles

IMG_9754.jpg

Since T started Keto I've tried A LOT of waffle recipes and this has to be my (and T's) hands down favorite.  They are so simple to make and easy to modify.  I've made a Chocolate Waffle using this as a base recipes, or I've added blueberries or chocolate chips, I've even swirled in some peanut butter to make peanut butter waffles.  If you're looking for a good keto waffle recipe look no further because you've found it!

I modified this recipe from The Hungry Elephant's waffle recipe.  Her website has become one of my go to sites for inspiration when I'm trying new things for T,  if you haven't stumbled upon her site yet you should check it out here
