Mahi-Mahi Tacos
We do tacos a lot here. We love Taco Tuesdays, Taco Wednesdays, Thursdays, any night of the week we are happy to eat tacos!!
This meal comes together quick and easy, and there is not really any other separate prep work for your keto kid (other than the weighing) I cook the fish with a little oil, salt and pepper, and separate some for T before I add any other seasoning for the rest of the family. Then I just build the taco like I would any other. #easypeasey #quickketomeal

The What:

1 Crepini Egg Thins (I get mine at Publix)

10g Sour Cream
-
25g Cooked Mahi-Mahi
-
40g Hass Avocado
-
40g Heavy Cream
-
water - as needed to thin out heavy cream
The How To:

cut the crepini wrap in two

Layer the sour cream, avocado and mahi-mahi, and sprinkle with salt

Add heavy cream, MCT powder, and water to a small cup and blend/stir until fully combine ( i like to use a milk frother like this)
