Keto Fries 4 Ways

I attempted 4 different kinds of keto (jicama) fries in the hopes to find 1 good recipe.  I got lucky and came up with 4 Ketolicious Kid Approved keto fry recipes

Pork Panko 

Nut Crumb

38 calories .5:1 ratio

Almond Flour

Plain

38 calories .75:1 ratio

40 calories 1.1:1 ratio

30 calories 1.36:1 ratio

  • 26g Jicama

  • .5g Baking Powder

  • 5g Almond Flour

  • 26g Jicama

  • 2g Baking Powder

  • 2g Avocado Oil

  1. Weigh and measure out all your ingredients

  2. Cut jicama into fry sized pieces

  3. Add all your ingredients into a ziplock bag and shake to coat

  4. Place into air-fryer and cook at 400 for 10min.

  5. Serve with mayo or other desired fat as dipping sauce to achieve desired ratio

  6. Enjoy.
