I attempted 4 different kinds of keto (jicama) fries in the hopes to find 1 good recipe. I got lucky and came up with 4 Ketolicious Kid Approved keto fry recipes

2g Avocado Oil

Weigh and measure out all your ingredients

Cut jicama into fry sized pieces

Add all your ingredients into a ziplock bag and shake to coat

Place into air-fryer and cook at 400 for 10min.

Serve with mayo or other desired fat as dipping sauce to achieve desired ratio
