Gummies
As a kid, what was the best part of school lunches?
GUMMIE SNACKS!!!!!!
This low carb version of them isn't necessarily keto but is so low in carbs and calories, that it's easily incorporated into a lunch or dinner, like this one.
You only need 20 minutes and silicone molds like these. A squeeze bottle to fill the molds is very helpful in limiting the mess but not necessary. These bottles are also very useful in general in a keto kitchen
For this recipe I use Vital Protein's Beef Gelatin because it adds some protein vs added carbs to the gummies. I know its pricey but a little bit goes a long way, the container should last you a good while. I use One on One Flavor concentrates because they are keto friendly, have a huge selection of flavors and are delicious! A little goes a long way so the tiny bottles do last you a while as well.
