Cauli-Cheddar Hash Browns
We (the entire family) absolutely LOVE these hash browns. They are cheesy and crispy just like traditional hash browns. I keep a stash of these in the freezer, ready for when ever some one asks for them. To re-heat them I just pop them in the toaster and in less than 2 min they're as if they were just made.
T's favorite thing I make with these is Avocado Toast.
I also give them to him with ranch dipping sauce or just topped with mayo. They're easy to make in bulk and freeze extremely well.

The What:

160g Riced Cauliflower

5g Psyllium Husks

5g Xanthan Gum

105g Cheddar Cheese - shredded

33g Avocado Oil
The How To:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Pour 30.8g (or desired amount) of mixture into your mini waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Repeat until all the mixture is done.

Serve and Enjoy, or store in ziplock bags in freezer until ready to use (heat up in air fyer or toaster for best results)
