Cilantro Mayo

Dipping Sauces are a great way to increase fat and ratio in a meal.  And what kid (or grown up) doesn't like to dip things in sauces?!?!?!

 

This cilantro mayo sauce is easy to make, delicious and adds some flavor to regular old mayo.

 We pair it a lot with air fried Mahi-Mahi Bites or Croquetas.

Cilantro Mayo:

The What:

  • 150 g Mayo

  • 7.6 g Cilantro

  • 11 g Lemon Juice - fresh squeezed

  • 2.2 g Garlic

  • 5 g Olive Oil

The How To:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve and Enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
