Bread, Butter &
Chocolate Milk
One of the hardest things about being a keto kiddo is that your food usually looks so different from everyone else's. Sometimes T just wants to eat "normal" food like his siblings and friends. What is more "normal" than bread and butter with chocolate milk? Whenever T is getting frustrated with his diet and just wants to be a "kid" we give him this for breakfast. (added bonus ... its sooooooo easy to make!)
We're so lucky to have found this Multi-Seed Bread from Aldi's! It has 0 net carbs, 2.5g of fat, and 5g of protein putting it at a .5:1 Ratio. For store bought sliced bread that is AMAZING! Whenever we find it at the store we buy a couple of loaves and store it in the freezer for when it disappears from shelves (which is more often than we like)
