Avocado Toast
Avocado Toasts - sounds so fancy, but its oh so simple.
The "toast" part of this avocado toast is actually Cauliflower and Cheddar Hash-Browns. The recipe can be found here, on the Charlie Foundation Website. The recipe I use is slightly modified. I use psyllium husks, rather than arrowroot starch, and a few more grams of oil to increase the ratio to 1.95:1. You can find my modified recipe here.
Then you just have to top it with mayo and avocado and you have: Avocado Toast!!
